My favorite quote of yours is: "Enjoy the little things in life for one day you may look back and realize that they were the big things". I think this is fundamental wisdom. It should be teached in kindergartens, in primary schools, in high schools, in colleges and universities. A few years ago I came across this quote. Before that my favorite quote was from the German writer Theodor Fontane. It is pretty similar. It goes like this: "Immer die kleinen Freuden aufpicken bis das grosse Glück kommt und wenn es nicht kommt, hat man wenigstens die kleinen Freuden gehabt." Your quote is even better. Keep up the good work!
Thank you, my friend. Herr Fontane's quote comes at it from a slightly different angle -- noting that if you enjoy the little things then you will have gotten happiness out of life even if your more grandiose hopes and dreams are never realized.
